Custom CNC Machined Flange Mounting Base

Custom precision CNC machined parts — turned and milled to your drawings. We manufacture shafts, pins, bushings, flanges, housings, brackets, threaded fittings and other non-standard mechanical parts with tight tolerances and consistent finishes.

Our in-house shop combines CNC turning, milling, turn-mill, precision grinding, wire EDM and progressive stamping. Materials include aluminum, stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, POM, nylon, PEEK and more. We support prototype, small-batch and high-volume production with no strict minimum order quantity.

Serving manufacturers including Jabil and BYD since 2015. Send your 2D/3D drawing and quantity — we reply with pricing and DFM suggestions.

2. CNC Machining Capabilities

Our in-house machining capabilities cover CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, grinding and turn-mill — everything needed to machine precision parts to your drawings.

CNC Turning — Ideal for cylindrical and rotational components that require precise diameters, concentricity and smooth surface finishes. Typical turned parts include precision shafts and pins, threaded connectors and fittings, brass bushings and sleeves, aluminum cylindrical components, stainless steel parts, custom automotive components, robotic transmission components and precision fasteners.

CNC Milling — For components with complex geometries — slots, pockets, holes, mounting surfaces and intricate structural features. By combining turning and milling, we machine precision parts with multiple machining requirements while keeping dimensions consistent.

Grinding and Other Processes — Precision grinding, drilling and tapping complement our turning and milling to hold tight tolerances and fine finishes on shafts, pins, bushings and mounting features.

3. Available Materials

We offer CNC machining services for a broad selection of metal alloys and engineering plastics.

Brass CNC Machined Parts — Brass offers excellent machinability, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and dimensional stability. Common grades include C360, C260, H59 and H62. Typical uses: electrical connectors, threaded fittings, precision bushings, mechanical adapters and automotive components.

Aluminum CNC Machined Parts — Lightweight, strong and corrosion-resistant. Grades include 6061, 6063, 7075 and 5052. Typical uses: robotic components, automation equipment parts, mechanical housings, brackets and automotive accessories.

Stainless Steel CNC Machined Parts — For strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Grades include SUS303, SUS304, SUS316 and SUS316L. Typical uses: medical equipment, industrial machinery, precision shafts and mechanical fastening systems.

POM and Engineering Plastic Parts — POM (acetal) offers low friction, dimensional stability and wear resistance. Typical uses: robotic mechanical components, precision gears and bushings, automation equipment, sliding and guiding mechanisms, electrical insulation components and industrial transmission systems. Additional plastics include PEEK, PTFE, nylon, ABS, PC and PMMA.
