A: Yes, we specialize in non-standard custom machining. We produce strictly according to your drawings or samples.
Q：What materials can you process?
A: We work with most metals and engineering plastics: aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, POM, PA, PC and more.
Q：What drawing formats do you accept?
A: We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DWG, DXF, PDF. 3D files are preferred for quotation.
Q：What is your tolerance?
A: Normal tolerance ±0.02mm, high precision up to ±0.005mm, subject to machining process.
Q：What surface treatments can you provide?
A: Anodizing, sandblasting, polishing, black oxide, zinc plating, chrome plating, passivation, hard anodizing etc.
Q：How long is the lead time?
A: Sample lead time: 3–7 days. Bulk order: 7–15 days, depends on parts and quantity.
Q：Can you provide samples before mass production?
A: Yes. We can make samples for confirmation. Sample cost is negotiable and may be refunded on bulk order.
Q：How do you guarantee quality?
A: We inspect with CMM, micrometer and caliper. Inspection report can be provided upon request.
Q：What is your MOQ?
A: No strict MOQ. 1 piece prototype is acceptable.
Q：How about packing?
A: Bubble bag + foam + carton. Wooden case/pallet for large parts to avoid damage during transit.
Q：Which payment terms do you support?
A: T/T is our main term: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Other terms can be discussed.
Q：Can you help with assembly?
A: Simple assembly service is available, please tell us your requirements in advance.
